Meet the Nicole Neider Sargent Family
Hi! I am Nicole Neider Sargent. I am the daughter of Rosy Neider and the grand-daughter of Carrol. I am married to Nate Sargent and we have four children...with a new baby due to arrive in November. Our children are: Colt, age 12; Whitley, age 10; Brooke, age 7; and Ted, almost 4. (This picture is 2 years old, but my most current...shame on me!) We live in Heber City, Utah, and love the country here. We appreciate the efforts of all those involved in this blog, the reunion, and the book, and look forward to meeting many of you soon!
Sincerely,Nicole Sargent

Karen Wiest Anderson Family
Hello. This is Karen Wiest Anderson's daughter-in-law and she has asked me to post a picture of our family. The picture above is one we took when we were all together last summer. Karen has 4 sons, 4 daughters, 2 daughters-in-law, one son-in-law, 4 granddaughters, one grandson and a very handsome husband. I am giving birth any second now to her 6th grandchild (we think it is a boy) and I wanted to get this posted before I go into labor.

Christensen Family
This is Jennifer Wiest Christensen. I am Myrlene's youngest daughter. I am currently living in Boise, Idaho with my husband, Scott and our five children. Amanda is our eldest child and only daughter. We just took her to BYU two weeks ago and she is really enjoying herself already. Our next oldest is Blake and he is almost 16 and is getting his Eagle Scout award on Sunday! Phew! Adam is next and he is 13 and loves soccer. Bennett is 10 and plays the violin and football. Aaron is our youngest and is 8 years old. He loves to read and is very good at it.
We have lived in Boise for 8 years. Scott started up an Ob/Gyn practice here with another doctor in town. We have also lived in Rochester, NY, Travis AFB, California and O'Fallon, Illinois.
We are all planning to be at the reunion in October and are looking forward to seeing all of you wonderful relatives! Thanks so much to everyone who is making this all possible. We really are blessed to be part of such an amazing family!

It's Dinner time! Please RSVP!
- Kathy Soderborg VanderVeur and Laurel Soderborg Cundick have graciously offered to provide the dinner for the reunion. It would be very much appreciated and helpful if you could RSVP to laurie_cundick@yahoo.com if your family is planning on eating at the reunion. This way she can plan for a menu and determine the price. It will probably be around $10 a person and include a chicken dish, salad, roll and yummy dessert.
- You may also leave your RSVP on this blog under the comment section. Thanks!

Mike and Rosemary (Rosy) Curtis Neider
Hooray for Israel! I have been reading the "rough draft" of the new Romney Book to be published for our reunion. Just wet your lips folks! ... It is almost unbelievable that we could descend from such remarkable people! I am honestly in awe of our heritage.
Natalie Curtis McCullough has spent countless hours working and reworking this information, making it easy to read and understand. She is always typing, typing, typing. Her daughter Megan Vilate McCullough Clayton has been at her side organizing the pictures for your enjoyment.
Marsha Romney Stratton has spent who knows how much time gathering lots of information and pictures (more than will fit in this book) and putting them on a disk. Hopefully she will make lots of copies for us to be shared at the reunion?!
Robyn Curtis Anderson is hoping you will respond quickly with your final historical drafts on the children of Park and Vilate as well as updated information on births, deaths, spellings, etc. of all descendants of these 9 children. (andersonmarmie@att.net) (if you have questions.)
Cindy Berg Palmer will be making a directory to hand out at the reunion using the information given to Robyn.
It may seem overwhelming what YOU are asked to do, but THANK YOU! Thank you for responding with love and offers of help.
I LOVE MY COUSINS! Rosemary Curtis Neider

Introductions
I thought I would introduce myself on this blog. If you read this...Introduce yourself also on the comment section.
100 Year Wedding Anniversary
Conference weekend starting in the morning on Friday for the older die hards and again that night. I’m sure that some will even meet at lunch because they have stored up so much to ask their cousins. This will be the first Romney reunion of this nature and this size in the history of the clan since Charlemagne tried to bully the Romneys in Old Romney, England(which we visited you know and got the story first hand from the town librarian). We would like to get all of the third generation to attend(that’s us old geezers), who are now grandparents themselves, and as many fourth and fifth generation children as possible since Romneys don’t hold reunions but once a century.
